One-way traffic resumes on Narayangadh-Muglin road



MUGLIN: The Narayangadh-Muglin road that was obstructed at Charkilo due to the landslide has been opened for one-way traffic.

The road was opened single lane after removing a portion of the landslide debris that had deposited on the road, the District Police Office Chitwan said.

The landslide had taken place at 8.10 am today 31.3 kilometres towards Narayangadh from Muglin. Division Road Office Bharatpur’s chief Krishna Raj Adhikari said works are underway for opening two-way traffic.

The mudslide occurred at Ichchhakamana rural municipality, ward number 6.
