Chitwan reports 35 fresh COVID-19 cases



CHITWAN: As many as 35 additional people have been infected with coronavirus in Chitwan district.

They were confirmed infected during swab tests conducted at the laboratory of Bharatpur Hospital.

According to swab test reports that came out at 11 pm on Thursday, 26 males and five females were infected with the coronavirus.

Similarly, two people including a man and woman from Gaindakot, Nawalpur and one woman from Parsa were infected with COVID-19, said Dr Nitu Adhikari, the chief of the laboratory of Bharatpur Hospital.

Similarly, one more person has also been infected with COVID-19 whose identity is yet to be unveiled, according to the hospital.
