7 new coronavirus cases in Dhading, tally reaches 30



DHADING: Coronavirus has been confirmed in seven more people from Dhading who returned from India and stayed in quarantine.

The infection has been confirmed in people in the quarantine set up in different wards of Tripura Sundari Rural municipality, said Tripura Sundari Rural Municipality chairman Shambhu Thapa.

“Those returning to the rural municipality from India were kept in quarantine set up in different wards,” Chairman Thapa said, “Those who have tested positive in PCR now had negative results in RDT.”

With this, the number of people infected with the coronavirus has reached 30 in Dhading.

Last Monday, 16 people living in the quarantine of Nilkantha Municipality of Dhading were also confirmed to have coronavirus infection. Three of the 30 have recovered and returned home.
