Two killed in motorcycle-van collision



SAPTARI: Two people died in a motorcycle-van collision along the East-West Highway in Saptari district.

The deceased have been identified as Prakash Chaudhary, 26, of Krishnashwaran rural municipality-5, and Anil Chaudhari of Krishnashwaran rural municipality-6. Anil was the pillion rider, said District Police Office, Saptari.

Critically injured Prakash and Anil breathed their last while undergoing treatment at Biratnagar-based Nobel Hospital

The incident took place when the motorcycle, Sa 5 Pa 9445, heading to east from west collided head-on with a Magic Van, Na 3 Pa 8528, coming from the opposite direction.
