Global IME Bank donates Rs 10 million to Gautam Buddha Cricket Stadium

CHITWAN: Global IME Bank has donated Rs. 10 million to Gautam Buddha International Cricket Stadium constructed in Bharatpur, Chitwan.

Bank’s Chairman Chandra Prasad Dhakal on Monday announced the donation at the Dhandhanyachal Mahayagya organized in Chitwan.

The bank said that it had supported the mission as it has stood as one of the national pride projects and expressed its happiness for joining in the holy mission.

“We have joined hands with Bharatpur Metropolis in its mission to promote Nepal’s sports sector and encourage Nepalese players,” Dhakal said.

He said that the support was expected to help Nepal’s sports sector and unite the country through the means of sports.
