Three more die from COVID-19 in Jhapa, Morang and Sunsari

KATHMANDU: Three more people have died from coronavirus in the course of treatment in Jhapa, Morang and Sunsari districts.

A 63-year-old man of Ramdhuni-7, Sunsari passed away while undergoing treatment at Nobel Hospital in Biratnagar on Thursday morning. The sexagenarian had been hospitalized on December 8.

Similarly, a 69-year-old man of Damak municipality-19 died in the course of treatment at Koshi Hospital on Wednesday night, according to the hospital administration.

The elderly was admitted to the hospital for treatment after being diagnosed with the virus at 9 pm yesterday.

Likewise, an 84-year-old man of Urlabari-1, who was staying in home isolation after testing positive for COVID-19, died at 9 pm yesterday, according to Urlabari municipality.
