Janakpurdham to see another week of prohibitory order



JANAKPURDHAM: In view of rising cases of coronavirus infection in the city, the ongoing prohibitory order in Janakpurdham Sub-Metropolitan City has been extended for one more week.

A meeting of the district security committee held under the chair of Chief District Officer of Dhanusha, Prem Prasad Bhattarai, took a decision to extend the prohibitory order for one more week meant for the risk reduction.

As decided, the prohibitory order will exist till midnight on 16 August in the area of Kapileshwor Buspark in the east, Aurahi river bridge in the north, Kurtha in the west and Banauli in the south. During the period, the banks and financial institutions and the government offices have been asked to deliver their service in a limited way.

However, the essential services including health supplies, power supplies, fire engines, fuels, media, customs, quarantines and few others would remain continue even during the prohibitory time.
