People’s representatives of Ghorahi donate Rs 1,520K to DMF



DANG: The people’s representatives of Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City have decided to donate Rs 1,520 thousand rupees to the local Disaster Management Fund.

The 86th meeting of the Sub-Metropolitan’s Executive body decided to donate the amount equivalent to all the people’s representative’s salary of one month to the Disaster Management Fund of the Sub-Metropolitan City.

According to Bharat Aryal, the spokesperson of Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City, all members including the Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Ward Chairmen, Executive members and ward members have agreed to donate their salary of one month to equip the disaster management fund there.
