KATHMANDU: The United Kingdom (UK) has reported 938 new deaths from Coronavirus in a single day.
With the new deaths, the total number of deaths in the UK has climbed to 7, 097 as of Thursday morning, according to Worldometer.
With 5, 491 new cases, the number of infection cases has reached 60, 733.
Currently, 53, 501 patients are undergoing treatment at various hospitals in the country, of which 1,559 are critical. Meanwhile, 135 have returned home after recovery.
Broke out in Wuhan City of China last December, the deadly virus has spread to 209 countries including two international conveyances across the world so far.
