Koirala voices against political sharing



LAHAN: Nepali Congress (NC) leader Dr Shekhar Koirala has said that wrong practices of political sharing has flourished in his party.

Speaking at a program in Lahan, Dr Koirala said that such ill tendencies will not benefit the party.

He raised concern over such practices and politics of groupism.

Dr Koirala stated that the NC is moving ahead with wrong trends while urging youths to come to the party’s leadership.

He also expressed his reservation to the leadership of NC President Sher Bahadur Deuba.

To a query about unity in Koirala family, he said that the most popular leader from the Koirala family would file candidacy for the post of NC President in the party’s upcoming general convention.
