Two arrested with Rs 1.8 million for hundi transaction



SARLAHI: Armed Police Force (APF) has arrested two youths with Rs 1.8 million from Malangwa of the district for their alleged involvement in illegal money transfer called hundi.

The arrested are Binod Pandit, 37, and Ajay Kumar Raya of Kabilashi Municipality-10, Salempur.

They were arrested while entering Nepal from a bordering Indian town on a motorcycle, Na 27 Pa 8233.

APF team also seized the money, three mobile sets and the motorcycle from the possession.
