Pokhara records one more death linked with COVID-19

KATHMANDU: A 77-year-old man has died in the course of treatment at Manipal Hospital in Pokhara of Kaski district on Wednesday morning.

The septuagenarian who tested positive for coronavirus on December 7 succumbed to the virus at 10:15 am today, said Dr Binod Bindu Sharma, the spokesperson of COVID-19 Control and Prevention Program of Gandaki Pradesh.

Originally from Pokhara Metropolitan City-13, the elderly had also been suffering from diabetes and respiratory complications.
