BANKE:  District Police Office, Banke has arrested a rape-convict after 11 years.

Hemanta Kumar Sharma, 34, of Narainapur rural municipality-2, Banke had gone into hiding after raping a seven-year-old girl, said SP Om Bahadur Rana, of DPO, Banke.

He had raped a seven-year-old girl of Narainapur rural municipality-3 on November 13, 2009.

District Court, Banke had slapped him with a 10-year-jail term on July 15, 2011 on a rape charge.
