Woman dies of COVID-19 in Rupandehi

BUTWAL: A woman died of coronavirus infection in Rupandehi today.

The 56-year-old woman from Sainamaina municipality died at the Bhim Hospital, Bhairahawa, hospital’s information officer Narayan Pokharel said.

A diabetic, the woman had tested positive for coronavirus infection on November 2.

She was hospitalized on November 4 and kept in ICU. With this, the number of people dead due to COVID-19 has reached 81 in Rupandehi district.
