Lumbini Province Speaker Gharti diagnosed COVID-19 positive



BUTWAL: Speaker of Lumbini Province Purna Gharti has been diagnosed coronavirus positive on Friday.

According to his personal secretary Dhruv Bikram Oli, Gharti’s report was positive in the coronavirus test conducted on Friday morning.

“Speaker, staff and security personnel of the Secretariat underwent COVID-19 test this morning,” said Oli.

Earlier today, Minister for Internal Affairs and Law of Lumbini Province Kul Prasad KC was confirmed to have the coronavirus infection.

He is currently in isolation at the Ministry’s residence and is a normal health condition.
