KATHMANDU: Prabhu Digital Pvt. Ltd. operating under Prabhu Group has now become a public company.
Prabhu Digital Pvt. Ltd., the license holder from Nepal Telecommunications Authority (NTA) to provide Internet and E-mail services, will operate as the public company in the days ahead.
NTA has granted permission to the company to change its name from Prabhu Digital P. Ltd to Prabhu Digital Ltd.
Prabhu Digital has alredy changed its name into Prabhu Digital Limited through the Office of the Company Registrar.
With the name changed, the company can now legally issue public shares. The company has been providing Internet services since October 24, 2017.
Besides, it also provides Television, IPTV/OTT services.
