Two succumb to coronavirus in Biratnagar



BIRATNAGAR: Two coronavirus infected patients have died while undergoing treatment at the Biratnagar-based Nobel Hospital.

A 45-year-old male from Dharan Sub Metropolis breathed his last while undergoing treatment at the hospital this morning, according to Narayan Dahal, hospital’s information officer.

He was admitted to the hospital on October 3 after he complained of breathing problem, and his swab was tested the same day.

Likewise, a 72-year-old male undergoing treatment at the same hospital succumbed to coronavirus last night.

He was admitted to the hospital on Wednesday. The septuagenarian was also a patient of lungs and thyroid, the hospital source said.
