Nepal’s COVID-19 death toll reaches 15

COVID-19 infected man dies at Bharatpur Hospital



KATHMANDU: The death toll from coronavirus in Nepal has reached 15 after a sexagenarian infected with COVID-19 died in Chitwan district on Tuesday morning.

According to a press note issued by Bharatpur Hospital, a 68-year-old man of Bharapur Metropolitan City-11 succumbed to the novel coronavirus at 7.5 am today.

He was shifted to COVID-19 ICU at Bharatpur Hospital on Monday evening after he was diagnosed with coronavirus.

Previously, he had been undergoing treatment at Narayani Community Hospital since last Friday.

However, it is yet to be officially announced by the Ministry of Health and  Population.
