KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has summoned an all-party meeting.

According to Baluwatar sources, Prime Minister Oli has called for a meeting to discuss various issues including the growing protests by the pro-monarchy forces.

The meeting will take place at Baluwatar at 11 am on Tuesday, according to Prime Minister’s Press Advisor Surya Thapa.

In case of the uneven situation the country faces or in the situation when the government thinks of seeking consensus on some serious issues, there is a practice of calling an all-party meeting.

The decisions taken by the all-party meeting are often meant to ensure national unity on issues of national concerns.
