Government won’t change: Spokesperson Gurung

KATHMANDU: Minister for Communications and Information Technology Parbat Gurung has said that the incumbent government would not be changed.

“The incumbent government will ensure development in the country. There is no alternative to Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli. The government will not be changed,” the government spokesperson said while asking the government employees to carry out their jobs being confident.

At a program organized by Nepal Civil Servant Employees Organisation Working Committee of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology on Sunday, Minister Gurung added that the incumbent government will provide stability and development and urged all to support the government for building prosperous Nepal.

He also directed the civil servants to work in favor of the people with honesty by being responsible.

Saying that the government was committed to the rights of civil servants, Minister Gurung expressed his commitment to approve the Federal Civil Service Act from the parliament as soon as possible.

On the occasion, Departmental Chairperson of the Organisation Leela Bhandari drew the Minister’s attention for capacity building of the civil servants.
