Shey Phoksundo National Park to use drone camera to stop poaching



DOLPA: Shey Phoksundo National Park of Dolpa said it is patrolling through drone camera to stop poaching.

The Park will watch out for poachers by using drone cameras in the park area to stop poaching.

A meeting of the District-level Wildlife Crime Control Unit held at Phoksundo made the decision to this effect.

Chief Conservation Officer Sarojmani Poudel stated that they will also monitor the park through drone technology as the sentry posts are merged during winter, demanding additional number of security force, taking initiative at center to correct the Yarsagumba collection guideline and realigning the Network of Wildlife Crime Control Unit as per the federalism.
