BAGLUNG: Baglung District Member of Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav outfit Keshav Niure ‘Chaitanya’ has surrendered on Tuesday.
He surrendered as soon as the District Administration Office released him.
After being released on a general date, Niure surrendered in the presence of Baglung Chief District Officer Suresh Neupane and the security forces.
