Nepali Cricketer Sandeeep’s Jamaica taking on Knight Riders today

KATHMANDU: Nepali Cricketer Sandeeep Lamichhane’s team Jamaica Tawllawahs is taking on Trinbago Knight Riders in a match under the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) on Tuesday.

The match will take place at 7:45 pm at Brian Lara Cricket Academy today (according to Nepali time).

Despite Sandeep Lamichhane’s satisfying performance, Jamaica has been facing defeats due to poor performance on the part of the batsmen.

Spinner Mujeeb collected 15 wickets from 10 games and 12 wickets from the same game.

Jamaica’s other batsmen except Glen Phillips, Jermaine Blackwood and Andre Russell are not performing well.

Jamaica has collected seven points from 10 matches (three wins and six losses).

On the other hand, Night Riders is hopeful of entering the final winning straight 11 wins. It has been doing well in both batting and bowling.

Night Riders has made 20 points from 10 games.

The winner of this match will take on the winner of the match to be held between Guyana Amazon Warriors and St Lucia Zouks.

Lendl Simmons, Captain Kieron Pollard, Colin Munro are performing well in batting and Akil Hussein and Sikandar Raja are doing well in bawling for Night Riders.
