Three killed, one injured in Rupandehi car mishap



KATHMANDU: Three people have died and the other one sustained critical injures in a car accident in Rupandehi district.

One among those killed in the incident has been identified as Devendra Chaudhary, 26, of Omsatiya rural municipality-4.

The identities of the remaining two are yet to be ascertained, said District Police Office, Rupandehi.

According to police, Chaudhary was driving the car. Anil Yadav, 30, of Siddhartha municipality-4 was critically injured.

The car, Lu 2 Cha 6756, which was heading to Bhairahawa from Parasi skidded off the road and fell some 10 meters down the road.

The accident occurred at around 11 pm on Friday. Police said they are investigating the case.
