KATHMANDU: The weather is currently partly cloudy in the hilly areas of Province 1, Bagmati Pradesh, Gandaki Pradesh, and Lumbini Pradesh and fair weather in the rest of the country.
Snowfall has occurred in high hilly and mountaneous areas of Province 1 and Bagmati Pradesh, according to Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD).
Similarly, the weather will remain partly to generally cloudy in Province 1, Bagmati Pradesh, Gandaki Pradesh and partly cloudy in Province 2, Province 5 and generally fair in the rest of the country today.
Rain is likely to occur in one or two places in hilly areas of Province 1, acording to a weather bulletin issued by the MFD this morning.
Likewise, the weather will be partly to generally cloudy in hilly areas of Province 1, Bagmati Pradesh and Gandaki Pradesh and partly cloudy in Province 2 and Lumbini Pradesh and generally fair weather in the rest of the country tonight.
According to the MFD, low pressure weather system is located at Jharkhand and its surrounding areas in India.
