Banke records four COVID-19 deaths in past 24 hours

BANKE:  Four COVID-19 infected people have died in Banke district in a single day.

Of them, two are from Dang, and one each from Kailali and Banke.

A 48-year-old man of Raptisonari-8, Banke, who was hospitalized at Bheri Hospital in Nepalgunj with complaints of respiratory problems, died at 5:20 pm on Friday, according to Naresh Shrestha, the focal person of District Health Office, Banke.

Similarly, a 56-year-old woman of Tikapur municipality-1, Kailali died while undergoing treatment at Teaching Hospital, Kohalpur at 2:45 pm yesterday.

Similarly, a 20-year-old woman of Tulsipur Sub Metropolitan City-10, Dang died at 3:20 pm and a 76-year-old woman of ward no. 5 passed away at 6:40 pm on Friday in the course of treatment at Teaching Hospital Kohalpur, said Shrestha.
