47-year-old male succumbs to COVID-19 in Butwal



BUTWAl: A 47-year-old male from Butwal-16 died of coronavirus at the COVID-19 Special Hospital in Butwal on Wednesday.

He was admitted to the hospital at 1 pm on Wednesday and died at 5:30 pm, Dr Bishnu Gautam , Information Officer at hospital informed.

According to Gautam, he had been in home isolation for six days after the coronavirus infection was confirmed on October 1.

He was admitted to the hospital on Wednesday with sudden respiratory problems. He was treated on a ventilator, Gautam said.
