KATHMANDU: Police constable Upendra Singh working at the Gaushala Metropolitan Police Circle has been arrested on charge of ‘attempted rape’.
A 21-year-old woman had lodged a complaint against him for attempting to rape her in a hut in Bankali in the capital.
DSP Jitendra Basnet of Gaushala Metropolitan Police Circle said that investigation has been initiated by registering a rape case against police constable.
