301 Nepalis return home from Qatar

DOHA: As many as 301 Nepalis stranded in Qatar due to various reasons including coronavirus have been rescued.

According to Nepali Embassy in Qatar, as many as 156 returned home by the flights of Himalaya Airlines on Sunday and 145 on Monday.

The Nepalis returned home via two flights with negative coronavirus reports, informed Prabin Bhattarai, an official at the Nepali Embassy.

Himalaya Airlines now will conduct Doha-Kathmandu flights on September 8 and 23.
