Wild elephant kills 58-yr-old man in Jhapa



JHAPA: A man has died after being attacked by a wild elephant in Jhapa district on Friday morning.

The deceased has been identified as 58-year-old Rohit Regmi of Nayabasti, confirmed Area Police Office, Damak.

The wild tusker that came out of a nearby jungle trampled him to Regmi to death.

The victim died on the spot.

The elephant has also damaged his house.
