Govt to make one-door system more effective



KATHMANDU: The government said it would implement the one-door system in an effective manner.

A meeting of the Cabinet held earlier this week decided to create seven temporary quotas for the current fiscal year, 2020/21 for the operation of the implementation unit of the system.

The vacancies will be filled from existing posts in the Finance Ministry and the bodies under it.

Meanwhile, the government has nominated Rama Joshi Dulal for the member secretary of the Arrears Clearance Evaluation and Monitoring Committee for two years, according to Finance Minister and Minister for Communications and Information Technology, Dr Yuba Raj Khatiwada.

Similarly, the government has also approved the proposal to lease out 30 ropani land of Arjun Chupari rural municipality-1 in Syangja district for 30 years.

Similarly, as many as 42 temporary quotas of officer level have been approved for the implementation of projects and programs under the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation.

Likewise, 292 temporary posts have been passed for the implementation of development projects under the Ministry of Urban Development.

The Cabinet has also approved the draft of the guidelines for concluding treaties, 2076.

Meanwhile, the Regulations related to Administrative Court, 2076, Regulations related to personal privacy, 2077 have also been endorsed.

The agreement to operate the cottage and small development project reached in August 6, 2008 between the governments of Nepal and India has been extended till August 5, 2023.
