Coronavirus infects 2,025,309, kills 41,638 in India



KATHMANDU: More than 62,000 people have been infected with coronavirus in India in the past 24 hours.

Until this news was composed, as many as 62,179 people were diagnosed with the virus.

With this, the number of people infected with coronavirus has climbed to 2,025,309 in India, becoming the largest country in terms of coronavirus cases in Asia and third in the world.

Currently, 606,387 people infected with coronavirus are undergoing treatment in various hospitals across the country, of which 1,377,384 have recovered from the virus.

Coronavirus has killed 899 people in the past 24 hours, taking the death toll from the virus to 41,638 in India, according to Worldometer.
