President recommended proroguing Parliament session



KATHMANDU: The government has decided to recommend to President to prorogue the winter session of Parliament.

A meeting of Council of Ministers held on Monday decided to recommend ending the sessions of House of Representatives and National Assembly.

As per the constitutional provision, President summons and ends Parliament session in the recommendation by the government.
