TAC beats APF 2-1 in ‘A’ Division League



KATHMANDU: Tribhuvan Army Club (TAC) defeated Armed Police Force (APF) 2-1 to continue dominating the points table in the Martyr’s Memorial ‘A’ Division League.

At the match played at the Saatdobato-based ANFA Complex, Santosh Tamang scored both goals for Army in the 17th and 41st minutes of the match.

Aashish Lama scored one goal for APF in the 37th minute.

Santosh Tamang was adjourned man of the match and received Rs 10,000 in cash.

TSC is leading the points tally with 26 points from 11 matches. Machhindra is placed second garnering 25 points from an equal 11 matches.
