ICC WC League 2: America sets 214-run target for Oman

KATHMANDU: America has set a target of 214 runs at its second match of the ICC World Cup League 2 at TU Cricket Ground in Kirtipur on Thursday.

Invited to bat first after losing the toss, America notched up 213 runs, losing all wickets in the allotted 50 overs.

Even America performed dull at the start it shone brilliantly after four wickets. IG Holand has completed a half century.

IG Holand made 65 runs including seven fours off 78 balls. Akshay Homraj Akshay made 44 runs including three fours and two sixes off 53 balls while MD Patel contributed 19 runs off 28 balls.

In reply, Mohammad Nadeem grabbed three wickets while Zeeshan Maqsood, Aqib Ilyas and Bilal Khan scored two runs each.
