Kawasoti municipality sealed after staffers diagnosed with COVID-19



PARASI: Kawasoti municipality has been sealed after some staffers of the municipality tested positive for COVID-19.

The services of the municipality will remain shut for a week after some staffers were diagnosed with the virus on Thursday, said Yagya Puri, an administrative officer.

The municipality will remain closed until November 11. However, essential services will be provided during the shutdown.

Similarly, wards of municipality will remain open throughout the lockdown, said Puri.
