42 employees at Chaudhary Group’s Bardiya-based industry test positive for COVID-19

KATHMANDU: As many as 42 employees of the Chaudhary Group’s Bardiya-based industry have tested positive for COVID-19.

Coronavirus infection has been confirmed on 42 employees of Chaudhary Group’s Basgadhi-based noodle industry in Bardiya.

Naresh Babu Shrestha, focal person at the Health Office, Banke, said that coronavirus was confirmed in 42 people of the industry in a test conducted at the laboratory of Bheri Hospital, Nepalgunj.

The industry was sealed off after employees tested positive for COVID-19.

Meanwhile, Chaudhary Group owner Binod Chaudhary has recovered from coronavirus infection.
