Internal Affairs and Law Minister of Province 2 Yadav tests positive for coronavirus



JANAKPUR:  Minister for Internal Affairs and Law of Province 2 Gyanendra Kumar Yadav has tested positive for coronavirus.

Ministry of Social Development of the Province 2 confirmed the infection in Minister Yadav in the report released on Wednesday evening.

Besides, a 42-year-old woman has also been diagnosed with the virus. The infected staffers are aged 28 to 52. However, their posts have been kept confidential.

Their condition is said to be normal, according to Dr Bijaya Jha, the Senior Public Health Administrator of the Ministry of Social Development.

Earlier, as many as six staffers of the Office of the Chief Minister and three staffers of the Ministry of Social Development tested positive for Coronavirus.
