 Prohibitory order clamped in Nuwakot



KATHMANDU: A prohibitory order has been imposed in Bidur Municipality of Nuwakot district since Wednesday evening after coronavirus cases spiked.

According to a press note issued by the District Administration Office, Nuwakot the prohibitory order has been clamped since 6 pm Wednesday until further notice.

“The prohibitory order has been imposed in Bidur Municipality effective from Wednesday evening after the coronavirus cases surged of late,” said Chief District Officer Jhanka Nath Dhakal.

DAO, Nuwakot is holding a meeting on Thursday to impose prohibitory order in other three local units of the district.

As many as 45 people have been infected with coronavirus in Nuwakot district so far. Of them, nine have contracted coronavirus through the community level.
