4 Nepalis in Saudi Arabia tests positive for coronavirus

KATHMANDU: Some four Nepali migrant labors in Saudi Arabia have tested positive for COVID-19.

According to the Nepali Embassy in Saudi Arabia, 4 Nepalis working in Saudi Arabia are found to have been infected with coronavirus.

After the news of two Nepalis were found to be infected with coronavirus on Saturday became public, Nepal’s Embassy in Saudia Arabia had sought confirmation from Saudi Arabia’s Ministry for Health.

Mahendra Singh Rajput, Nepal’s ambassador to Saudi Arabia confirmed the news saying the embassy got the report from Saudi authority that 4 Nepalis are found to have been tested positive for coronavirus there.

The details of the corona infected Nepalis are not made public yet.

29 people have lost life due to corona virus when the pandemic has infected 2,370 people in the Saudia Arabia.
