Four suspected with coronavirus admitted to Teku Hospital



KATHMANDU: Four coronavirus suspected cases have been admitted to Teku Hospital.

Three Nepali people who returned recently from South Korea, UAE and Qatar and one French national were admitted to Teku Hospital under the suspicion of coronavirus on Wednesday, informed Dr Anup Bastola.

“The medical report of coronavirus test conducted on all the four will come on Thursday,” said Dr Bastola, spokesperson of the hospital, adding, “Their throat swab sample has been collected and sent to National Public Health Laboratory for coronavirus test.”

Earlier, on Tuesday, four people – three Nepalis recently returned from South Korea and one Chinese national – were discharged from an isolation ward after they tested negative for the coronavirus.
