428 COVID-19 patients undergoing treatment in ICU, 74 on ventilator support

KATHMANDU: A total of 428 COVID-19 patients in Nepal are undergoing treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and 74 have been put on ventilator support.

According to the Ministry of Health, 45 persons are undergoing treatment in ICU in Province 1, eight in Province 2, 211 in Bagmati Province, 89 in Gandaki Province, 62 in Lumbini Province, four in Karnali Province, and nine in Sudurpaschim Province.

A total of 13 in Province 1, 35 in Bagmati, 17 in Gandaki Province, five in Lumbini Province, and four in Sudurpaschim Province are on the ventilator support.
