PM Oli, Dahal hold talks at Baluwatar

KATHMANDU: Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Executive Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has reached Baluwatar to hold talks with Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.

The two heavyweights are meeting at Baluwatar in the hiatus of five days when the NCP intra-party dispute has taken a new height.

Prime Minister Oli and NCP Chairman last held a meeting on October 31. No meetings took place between the two chairpersons since then.

They are meeting again at the initiation of the second-rung leaders of the NCP after five days.

Oli has been under fire over cabinet reformation, appointments of ambassadors, no confidence motion against Chief Minister of Karnali Pradesh and meeting with the chief of the Research and Analysis Wing, a foreign intelligence agency of India.
