America’s COVID-19 cases surpass 9.7 million



KATHMANDU:  The number of COVID-19 cases has reached 9,796,814 in the United States of America after 103,848 new cases were reported in the country.

Currently, 3,273,864 are undergoing treatment at various hospitals and isolation wards across the country while 6,283,145 have recovered from the pandemic.

Similarly, the death toll linked with the coronavirus has reached 239,805 with 1,177 new deaths so far in the country, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometer.

Broke out in Wuhan City of China in last December, the coronavirus has killed 1,230,082 and infected 48,408,628 globally until the filing of this news.
