India’s COVID-19 death toll crosses 124,300 mark



KATHMANDU: India recorded 50,465 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the caseload to 8,363,412.

Currently, 528,428 are undergoing treatment at various isolation centers and hospitals. Meanwhile, 7,710,630 have returned home after treatment.

Similarly, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in India has crossed the 124,300-mark.

With 704 deaths in a single day, the number of deaths from the virus has reached 124,354, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometers.
