Two more people die of coronavirus in Butwal

RUPANDEHI: Two more people have died from coronavirus in the course of treatment at COVID Special Hospital in Butwal of Rupandehi district.

According to the hospital administration, a woman who was admitted to the hospital few days ago succumbed to the virus this morning and the other on Friday night.

Originally from Pratapur rural municipality-2, Nawalparasi, a 37-year-old woman breathed her last at 6 am today, informed Dr Bishnu Gautam, the information officer of the hospital.

The woman had been admitted to the hospital on September 2 after she complained of high fever and respiratory complications.

Likewise, a 40-year-old man of Butwal-11 died at 11:10 pm on Friday, said Dr Gautam. He had been admitted to the hospital on August 31.
