Leader of Biplav outfit lands in police net



KATHMANDU: A leader of the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav-led outfit has landed in police net.

A police team deployed from the Special Bureau of Nepal Police arrested the central Treasurer of the Public Contact Committee of the outfit Arjun Katuwal.

Acting on a tip-off, Katuwal was arrested from his office in Kalanki.

According to the police, he is the main person behind the donation drive of the outfit.

The law enforcement agency recovered different receipts among other documents from his possession.
