NC able to protect democracy, says Koirala



BIRATNAGAR: Nepali Congress central member Dr. Shekhar Koirala has claimed that his party was able to protect and promote democracy.

Addressing a program organized here on Saturday, central member Dr. Koirala said NC was ready to brave any element that endangers democracy.

He suggested the government to immediately curb corruption and price hike to ensure relief to the people. The government should be serious to show its meaningful presence.

The central member Dr. Koirala viewed that youths have the strength to steer the country towards progress.
