Man killed as moving bus falls onto house



BHAKTAPUR: A man has died after being crushed by a bus at Duwakot of Changunarayan Municipality-1 in the district on Saturday.

The deceased has been identified as Bhim Tamang, 35, of Changunarayan Municipality-1.

The incident took place when the ill-fated bus, Ba 1 Kha 9090, back-tracked and fell onto the house of Tamang while it was heading upwards along Saraswatikhel-Khadka Tole road section in Duwakot this morning.

According to District Police Office, Bhaktapur, Tamang was taking food when he was crushed by the bus.

The other passengers travelling in the bus are safe, said police.

Police said they are investigating the case after taking the bus and its driver under control.
