601 Nepalis repatriated



KATHMANDU: A total of 601 Nepalis stranded in different countries arrived home on Friday.

According to Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) Office, 156 passengers came home from Kula Lumpur and 145 passengers from Doha in the aircraft of Himalaya Airlines.

Likewise, Korean Air brought 198 passengers from Seoul.

Similarly, Fly Dubai repatriated a total of 152 Nepalis from Dubai, the TIA Office said.

Nepal Airlines brought a total of 4,887 kgs of cargo from Hong Kong, while an aircraft of Qatar Airlines brought 10,135 kgs of cargo and two dead bodies.

On Saturday, seven international flights are scheduled for different destinations, the TIA officials said.
